Anna Holohan Interiors offers a variety of services to suit a range of design needs, to create interiors that are unique to you, your property, and your budget.

I offer a range of indicative packages that can be personally customized for your project. Prices may vary for kitchens, bathrooms, and open-plan spaces depending on the style and size of the room. I will work with you to reach an affordable price package. My fees are payable 50% at contract signing (non-refundable) and 50% on completion.

Room Refresh

If you are looking to spruce up a room and give it a fresh look and feel, this package will allow you to breathe new ideas into your room cost-effectively. A paint schedule is supplied to document the colour selections and recommendations, including finishes for ceiling, walls, doors, architraves, cornices, and skirting boards:

Develop a personalised colour scheme based on your personal preferences
A detailed paint schedule supplied for your selected colours and finishes
Recommendations provided for decorating services

Upgrading a room with a few key creative changes will make a difference. This package provides you with the ideas and inspiration you need that will truly transform your space. This includes a ‘mood board’ that will reflect the design ideas that have been suggested for your project that match your vision:

Home visit to gather brief and discuss your requirements, style preference, budget, and room measurements
Concept development, providing ideas, including design style, space planning, lighting, colour, materials, and finish choices
Create a mood board for the initial room layout and combine concept ideas
Following the design agreement, final changes are applied for a final look
Recommendations provided for any retailers, trades, and services

Project Managed Redesign

A home renovation project is one of the best ways to get the home you want. It will improve the aesthetics and increase your home’s resale value. I will work with you from start to finish to achieve your desired look, and will be project-managed throughout the process. This complete room re-design package offers a comprehensive range of services:
